At Bazaardock, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with our handbags. This Refunds and Returns Policy explains the process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders and clearance items are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Return Process

  1. Email support@funbuynest.store with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.
  3. Securely package the item and include the RMA number inside the package.
  4. Ship the item to the provided address within 14 days of receiving the RMA.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

  • Contact support@funbuynest.store to arrange an exchange, subject to product availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
